Terms of Service

Welcome to Milbourne Sound. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to clarify the expectations and responsibilities for both parties, ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship.

1. Revisions Policy

  • All audio services, including mixing, mastering, and production, are subject to a maximum of 10 revisions per project. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

  • A change in genre during the project will be treated as a new project and will require a new agreement.

 
2. Time Limits for Change Requests

  • Any change requests made after 3 months from the delivery of the final files will be considered a new project and will require a new agreement and fees.

 
3. Confidentiality

  • Milbourne Sound will not disclose, share, or use any part of a project without the prior written approval of the client.

  • Milbourne Sound will not use or share any audio that is not publicly available unless explicitly approved by the client.

 
4. Copyright Compliance

  • Milbourne Sound adheres to all applicable copyright laws in the delivery of its services.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the client to obtain the rights to use any copyrighted material included in their project.

 
5. Project Cancellations

  • Milbourne Sound reserves the right to cancel any project at its discretion. If a project is canceled by Milbourne Sound, an appropriate refund will be provided based on the work completed to date.

  • If a project is canceled due to abuse or inappropriate behavior toward anyone at or employed by Milbourne Sound, the project will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.

 
6. Abuse and Harassment Policy

  • Milbourne Sound maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior directed at its team members or subcontractors. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of the project without refund.
